This is my first storyline draft and I think it could be further improved.
Plot: About a little pink whale which was different and was being left out because she had wings. One day, she found out that when she feels excited, her wings would flap and they would bring her out of her deep blue ocean to her wonder adventures. She realised she was special after knowing her abilities. That’s when the other whales started acknowledging her.
THE LITTLE PINK WHALE & her adventures
Under the deep blue ocean, with many living creatures, lived a little pink whale which seems different from her group of whales. Her body was pink in color and had wings on her body. She felt that she was different and no whales would want to befriend with her.
One day, the little pink whale’s school was holding a competition and the little whales have to showcase what they were good at. The little pink whale had no idea and was worried.
The little pink whale’s mother then told her,
“My little darling, don’t worry. You are special and these wings will bring you to adventures no whales have experience before.”
The little pink whale thought about what her mother said and started to get excited upon thinking about the adventures. Unknowingly, her wings started to flap and she found herself out of the waters and inside a forest. There, she saw animals, trees, flowers and cottages!
Her excitement rose and she flew even higher.
The little pink whale flew across the clouds and out of planet Earth. She saw the nine planets, the Milky Way and the stars.
The little pink whale was amazed and she felt so happy that for the very first time, she had a wide smile on her face.
The little pink whale realized what she wanted to do for the competition and she flew back into the deep blue ocean.
Finally, the day of the competition arrived where the little pink whale had to showcase her work. She did a painting which illustrates the adventures she been to.
At the end of the competition, the little pink whale was nervous as the results were announced.
“Our first prize winner is……………………………. LITTLE PINK WHALE AND HER PAINTING CALLED ADVENTURES!”
Everyone stared at little pink whale’s painting with amazement. They then cheered and clapped for the little pink whale.
The little pink whale was happy and realized how special she was.
Moral of story: No matter how different you are from others, you are still always special. You’re an individual.
