Plot: About a little pink whale which was different because she had wings and was being left out. One day, she found out that whenever she feels excited, her wings would flap and they would bring her out of her deep blue ocean to her wonder adventures. She realized she was special after knowing her abilities. That’s when the other whales started acknowledging her.
THE LITTLE PINK WHALE & her adventures
Under the deep blue ocean, together with many living marine creatures, lived a little pink whale which seems different from her group of whales. She was pink in color while the other whales were in gray. She was also different because she had wings growing out from her body and no whales would want to befriend with her.
One day, the little pink whale’s school announced that they would be holding a competition and the little whales have to showcase what they were good at. The little pink whale had no idea and was worried.
The little pink whale’s mother then told her,
“My little darling, don’t worry. You are special and these wings will bring you to adventures that no whales have ever experienced before.”
The little pink whale thought about what her mother said and started to get excited upon thinking about the adventures. Unknowingly, her wings started to flap and she found herself out of the waters. Then, her wings brought her flying into a forest. There in the forest, she saw animals, trees, flowers and cottages! She was fascinated.
Her excitement rose and she flew even higher.
The little pink whale flew passed the fluffy clouds and out of planet Earth. She saw the magnificent nine planets, the fascinating Milky Way and the glimmering stars.
The little pink whale was so amazed that she could not keep her eyes away from what she saw. She was so happy that for the very first time, she had a wide smile spread across her face.
All of a sudden, the little pink whale realized what she could do for the competition and she flew back into the deep blue ocean.
Finally, the day of the competition arrived where the little whales had to showcase their works. The little pink whale showcased a painting which illustrates the adventures she had been to.
Finally the heart pounding moment arrived, the little pink whale was nervous as the results were announced.
“Our first prize winner is……………………………. LITTLE PINK WHALE AND HER PAINTING CALLED ADVENTURES!”
Everyone stared at little pink whale’s painting with astonishment. Suddenly, thunderous applauses and cheers broke the silence. The crowd was astonished as they had never seen something so beautiful which the little pink whale painted.
All of a sudden, the nervous feeling disappeared and the little pink whale was exhilarated knowing she was accepted by everyone.
The little pink whale realized that she may be different from others, but that is what makes her special.
Moral of story: No matter how different you are from others, you are still always special. You’re an individual.
